I'm Dan — Personal Trainer and founder of DB Fitness & Coaching. I’ve had a lifelong passion for sports, fitness, and helping others achieve their full potential. With a background in competitive, high-level basketball and nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I bring both athletic insight and evidence-based training to every session.
I currently hold a Level 3 Personal Training Qualification, along with the following advanced certifications:
- Level 3 Certificate in Exercise Referral
- Level 4 Certificate in Strength & Conditioning
- Level 4 Certificate in Managing Clients with Lower Back Pain
- Level 4 Certificate in Training Clients with Obesity & Diabetes
I’m committed to ongoing development through continued education and aim to begin a Master’s Degree in Strength & Conditioning at St Mary's University, Twickenham.All of my training is built around structure, organisation, consistency, and tailored programming. Whether you're aiming to improve performance, increase strength, drop weight, or make lasting lifestyle changes — I’m here to help.
Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I studied a range of sports-related courses at college and was a student-athlete throughout both secondary school and further education. I’ve been involved in basketball for over a decade, holding various roles — most recently as a Strength & Conditioning Intern for the JMA Rockets EABL and WEABL teams.
I’ve competed at both national and local levels, and I’m still an active player in the Wessex Basketball League.
